Growing up, our mom had a simple way of making an ordinary night feel special. Every once in a while, she’d say, “Hey, it’s popcorn night. How about popcorn and apples for dinner?” And just like that, dinner was decided.
We’d gather around a big bowl of popcorn and settle in for a movie. Nothing fancy. Just popcorn, family, and a night together. Looking back, those simple nights became some of our favorite memories.
Years later, the two of us started making popcorn of our own. We wanted to capture that same feeling and make something we’d be proud to share with our families.
So we keep it simple: non-GMO corn popped in grass-fed beef tallow for a rich, savory flavor and a seriously satisfying crunch.
